THE PROGRAM

We at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association Service Corporation (MHASC) Professional Search Services welcome the opportunity to serve your health care facility's management recruiting needs.

THE COST

Our services are provided on a contingency basis, billed to the client hospital on the starting date of the employee. The fee applies to any applicant referred to you for a specified position or an alternate position offered and employed by you within one year from date of original referrals. It is understood that the candidates provided to you are intended for your consideration only.

Our fee, upon placement, will be based on 25 percent of the starting salary. The MHASC Professional Search Services guarantees the candidate for twelve months commencing with the hire date of the initial placement. If the position should become vacant (except for lay-off) within that twelve month period (subsequent to the initial hire date), the MHASC Professional Search Services will fill the position at no additional charge. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement in a mutually agreed upon period of time, we will refund a portion of the placement fee prorated for the length of employment during the twelve month guarantee period.

OUR GUARANTEE

Free replacement if candidate resigns or is terminated within twelve months.
