PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Professional Search Services provides a high quality management recruiting and executive search service exclusively to health care employers. Specializing in recruitment for key positions ranging from the department manager level to the CEO of an organization, the Professional Search Services guarantees the placement for twelve full months with fees usually lower than other search firms. Fees are charged on a contingency basis so that clients pay only if they hire one of our candidates.

The Interim Administrator Service makes available experienced hospital executives and department heads for temporary placement assignments ranging from a few months to more than a year. The interim person is selected from a group of experienced candidates and serves as a independent contractor. The member pays a monthly fee, but is not tied to a long-term arrangement. This service assists the organization in maintaining the management and leadership functions during a time of transition or during an extended search for a permanent replacement.
